What Lumoise does

Lumoise finds business contacts who match the ideal customer you describe, writes outreach in your voice, sends it from a mailbox you connect, sorts the replies, and shows you the interested ones. You keep control of your mailbox and can disconnect it at any time.

Your account

You need an account to use Lumoise, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

Your responsibilities when sending

Messages sent through Lumoise go out from your mailbox, under your name. You are the sender, and you are responsible for the outreach Lumoise sends on your behalf.

You agree not to use Lumoise to:

  • send to people who have asked you to stop, or to purchased or scraped lists you have no lawful basis to contact;
  • send anything misleading, harassing, or unlawful, or to impersonate anyone;
  • send messages that have no plausible professional relevance to the recipient.

If you are sending into the EU, the UK or another jurisdiction with strict rules on unsolicited commercial email, complying with those rules is your obligation as the sender. Lumoise adds an unsubscribe link to every message and honours opt-outs permanently, but that alone is not a lawful basis.

Sending limits

Lumoise sends at deliberately conservative volumes. A lead gets at most three emails over fourteen days, and none once they reply or unsubscribe. We may reduce or pause sending on your account if we believe continuing would harm your domain reputation, a recipient, or the service.

Plans, billing and trials

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. The trial is 14 days and requires a card. Cancel before it ends and you are not charged. Cancel later and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. We do not refund partial months unless the law requires it.

Lead volumes are per plan and per month, and unused volume does not carry over.

Availability and change

Lumoise is provided as it is, without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability. We depend on third parties, including Google, and if one of them changes or withdraws access, parts of the service may stop working. We may change features over time; if we remove something you rely on, we will say so.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited, including for intent or gross negligence, or for injury to life, body or health.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Lumoise and delete your account at any time. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents us.

Governing law

German law applies, and the courts of Berlin have jurisdiction, except where consumer protection rules give you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
